Through executive-level advisory support, peer learning, and flexible catalytic funding, fellows strengthen their vision, build viable models, and expand impact without creating unnecessary organizational complexity.

SCALE Lab™ is an advanced leadership accelerator for high-performing nonprofit CEOs leading $1–5M organizations ready to replicate their impact.
Each cohort includes 3–5 executive fellows who engage in confidential peer learning, executive coaching, advanced fundraising and board leadership strategy, and the design of a franchise-ready model that enables their programs to expand into new communities.
Code Hope Ventures Fund
Gifts to the Code Hope Ventures Fund support community leaders and nonprofit organizations as they strengthen their capacity, deepen their leadership, and build solutions that are responsive to people in communities that have the greatest needs. Rather than funding programs alone, the Fund invests in people who are doing the work, infrastructure, and processes, ensuring that organizations are not only well-intentioned, but well-supported to deliver meaningful, lasting change.
